Common Questions About Pet Urine Treatment
Can all rugs be treated for pet urine?
Most rugs can be treated successfully. However, some extremely delicate, antique, or severely damaged rugs may have limitations. We'll assess your rug and advise you honestly before any treatment begins.
Will the odour come back after treatment?
Not if the contamination is fully removed. Our enzyme treatment breaks down the uric acid crystals that cause odour — as long as these are eliminated and the rug is thoroughly washed and dried, the smell won't return.
What if I've already tried to clean it myself?
DIY cleaning with water or household products can spread contamination or temporarily mask the smell without removing the underlying uric acid crystals. We can still treat rugs that have had prior cleaning attempts — just let us know when you book.
How long does treatment take?
Typically 3–5 business days including collection, treatment, washing, drying and delivery. More severely contaminated rugs may take a little longer — we'll let you know after the initial inspection.
