Every rug entering the facility is carefully assessed for construction, fibre type, dye stability, wear patterns, fringe condition, existing damage, stains, pet contamination and cleaning requirements.
Specialist Dusting & Dry Soil Removal
We use specialised dust removal equipment to remove dry soil, sand, grit, dust, pet dander, pollen and abrasive particles from deep within the pile before any washing begins.
Colourfastness & Fibre Testing
We test fibre type and dye stability so the safest cleaning products and methods are selected for each individual rug.
Targeted Stain & Odour Treatment
We treat food spills, coffee, wine, body oils, pet accidents and odours before the full wash, with special attention to pet urine contamination.
Deep Fibre Washing
We wash through the pile and foundation fibres to remove accumulated dirt, allergens, bacteria and contaminants.
Controlled Agitation Cleaning
